Autozone is absolutely the best!! The customer service, especially at the location at 6844 N Blue Mound Rd, is exceptional!! The staff is so helpful, professional, and hospitable! Really appreciate the great prices on parts, and the free "check engine light" and "battery check" services are very helpful as well! A special thanks to Philip for the help in changing out my car battery today!!

Phillip Barr store manager at store #5991 is pleasant, most helpful and kind. He helped me diagnose and correct the problem with my car battery and switched it out for me as well. His customer service skills are outstanding.

Came in to do a little shopping for my car today. I saw a nice license plate. I wanted on my car unfortunately I did not have a screwdriver. Philip was very helpful with helping me with my car. Normally AutoZone does not do that but Phillp took the initiative to go the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you ! The store had great music going which created a nice atmosphere for shopping for things needed for your car , service was excellent and store was clean.
