Huge THANK YOU TO JOHN SCREWS. He needs a raise!!! He was very professional. Being a woman sometimes gets you dismissed in an auto parts store. John made me feel completely welcome and did not judge me because I am a woman (with a lot of gray hair 😜. Checked my codes, got my part, and even showed me where the part goes. Idk who is answering the phone, but he may be the laziest and worst fit for customer service than anyone I've ever dealt with in this store. To lazy to do a price check on a computer is above stupid. I know costing this sale don't make a dent in autozones pocket. I would just hate to know my one job is helping folks and I suck at it

I needed help with things for my car the staff was so nice and helpful and the store was nice and clean everything was very accessible the west Meighan location.
