The young man that served me yesterday, was very professional, courteous and respectful. His service was ten stars. I purschased low beam headlights and they were very difficult to install. But this young man took his time and installed them. I was soooooo grateful, I handed him a tip. He stated " no mama, we aren't allowed too except tips, but I will give you a bump", (which was a fist bump). WHAT GREAT SERVICE! When I need anything parts, I will be returning and looking for the young manager. Everyone or anyone who needs auto parts, stop by auto zone on the Archer Road. I realize its a hassle with the traffic, but it's worth it. I went during lunch time.

I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible employee, James. He helped install my car battery yesterday, and not only did he provide exceptional customer service, he was kind, respectful, and took the time to have a genuinely great conversation with me. You can tell he truly cares about his work and the people he helps. However, I couldn’t help but feel upset watching someone who appeared to be in his 60s working out in the blazing sun doing labor-intensive tasks, while several young employees were inside in the air conditioning. James was visibly sweating and feeling the heat (especially after having just installed a battery on a previous car before he helped me) yet he still handled everything with grace and professionalism. I stopped by one night when I noticed my headlight and tail light were out. I called to make sure they had everything in stock, but Zach P. went above and beyond, changing both lights for me with a very friendly, funny demeanor. I will definitely be back!
