I normally don't leave reviews ,I'm injured right now. I didn't get the Young mans name. He went out of his way to help me, they all did, very professional. He put my battery in even though it was a pain his neck ,but he was cool calm a collective. I wish that young man the best ,He is definitely going places. Thank all of you again. God Bless.

Employees aren’t very knowledgeable of their positions, let alone be able to give you the correct part. When customers walk in the are expecting employees to be mechanical inclined. This isn’t the case, by far. Some young kids that work there are disrespectful. I’ve had to call management from another store to get refunded for a part I had the receipt for and purchased two days before returning. It was the wrong part and I was told it couldn’t be returned since it was ordered. They thought, until upper management got involved. It was crazy to have had this experience. Rated one star just because of the every 5 purchases over $20 you get a $20 credit.

Very professional and helpful

They don't stock parts for older cars pretty much anything over 10 yrs old have to have parts come in from warehouse and the parts are same china or overseas made parts you can order on Amazon for half the price not sure how they stay in business.probably because most people just don't know any better.save your money order from Amazon

Great hometown store. Jeff Hatten was very helpful. He made sure I had what I needed to do the job. All the people there make you feel like they are there to help unlike some stores where employees avoid customers just to get out of doing work. I do a lot of mechanic work for friends and family and I always send them to Zone 1st for the parts. Good store, Good people keeps our town on the road.
