Excellent service for a "Check Engine light" reading. Had to wait a short time as the three gentlemen were handling several customers. They were working as fast as they could as they really had quite a few customers in the store. I was impressed by their professionalism as they took the time to answer questions to help the customer get the right part or assistance. It was nice to see good service. I was quite pleased with the help I received and the suggestions I received to fix my car problem.

Check your receipt carefully. I went in for a single item, got out to my car and checked, I had been charged $2 for a 2nd item I did not ask for. Money is tight for everyone right now. Your employees should ASK before adding any items. They did return the 2nd item and refunded the $2.

Be careful if you place an online order for store pick up at this location. I placed an order a few weeks ago and received notification My item was ready to pick up. Luckily, I called to confirm that my item was available and ready which they told me they were out of stock and would issue a refund. They never issued the refund. Three weeks later and several calls my refund was never issued although each time they said it was refunded. I finally had to call the one 800 number and they told me the order was not refunded and they had to call the store to get a refund. Instead of taking the time to do things right they rather just give you the runaround.

After purchasing headlight bulbs, one only lasted 2 days and was out. Showed my receipt and got a replacement bulb, no charge. Love it!

Crew inside was friendly and patient with me. A man named Dwight saw me struggling with my windshield wipers and helped me out and made it look easy! 10/10 would shop here again
