Hayley & Ethan were terrific I had a question about my Commercial account and she answered it within 2 mins. My other home stores haven’t been able to figure this out for months. On top of it my 7 year old had to use the restroom and they were a life saver for my son. Very grateful for these 2. That’s what customer service is all about.

There is a staff person named Nate. He really does help customers with his knowledge. He goes over & beyond, with his experience. My car headlights would not work & no one knew what was wrong with them. Our last option was to take it to the dealership who was going to charge me $1,900. Nate discover the problem & saved me a whole lot of money!! TY Nate!!

Had and issue with my battery terminal coming loose. Went into AutoZone on Route 66 in Glendora. The post fastener I thought I needed was out of stock, but employee Joseph came to the rescue! He came outside to my car, looked at the issue, and went back in and came back out with exactly what I needed! Yep, I installed the part and just like that I'm back in business. Thank you Joseph for the help and to all the rest of the friendly staff!

I came in to get my car checked because the check engine light was on. Ethan helped me out and was very kind and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my car and told me exactly which part I needed.
