Jesus was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed my issue, replaced my battery under warranty, and caught a previous installation mistake that could have caused the issue. He fixed it properly and explained everything clearly. The team was also incredibly helpful when my original purchase wasn’t showing in the system. They took the time to look it up and work through it with me. Professional, smart, and genuinely helpful. Five stars for Jesus.

Shout out to GRACE from the goleta autozone store. I had visited several auto parts stores in search for parts for my japan built delica van and had not been able to find anything due to the van not being on the vehicle lists at any store. Thats when i visited autozone in goleta were i was met by Grace who was eager to help! Once she noticed vehicle was not on any lists she quickly hopped on google and started searching up my vehicle were she found some part numbers she was able to cross-reference and get me the parts i needed! Thank you Grace for your help! I will be visiting this store again thanks to Grace and her ability to go above and beyond in customer service.
