AutoZone Auto Parts

We purchased the best quality battery they had available which included a 3 year warranty warranty (its Autozones brand that they recommend). Battery barely lasted 1 year. Went back to get it covered under the warranty, no issues swapped it out. New battery lasted again, less than 1 year. Went back to Autozone and they refused to replace it. Said they only offer 1 replacement during the warranty period. No where in the special terms online does it say this. They sold us their faulty battery and refused to cover it under your warranty. Thats equivalent to stealing. Wish I could give zero stars.

Came in with a nearly dead battery, first employee I spoke to didnt want to change it cuz my computer unit was above it and it needed to be removed before you could access the battery. So they tried sending me to a different store... I went to the into store and asked again and another employee, Cody, was willing to help. If it weren't for him, i probably would've had bigger problems driving around with a leaky battery.

Car had a flat across the street. We went to O Reilly auto parts and Randy was quick to come across the street to help. Great customer service. Will continue to make all purchases here. Thank you.

The foul mouthed wannabe biker guy has the worst customer service skills ive ever seen. Cussing out the computer in front of customers is unacceptable. Will not be coming back

Parts prices good, they seem to always be short staffed so a quick check out is not really an option anymore. Management needs to realize budget should include proper coverage.
