Horrible customer service. Dude was good til he saw it was me and my fiancée (both women) weird vibes, don’t care if he’s a supporter but care how we’re treated. He can keep it in his personal life not his work life.

Robert and Jordyn were very, very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! One of the best auto parts stores I’ve ever been to, in and out quickly with the correct parts, and even able to warranty a part that is no longer manufactured! Ben was very helpful! He assisted me with replacing the lightbulb on my vehicle. He’s a very smart man who clearly knows what he’s doing.

I stopped in at the Auto Zone store 4131. I had a squeaky belt. I asked Tom B if he could help me by listening to the car. He was happy to help. While under the hood, the beautiful young lady named Ashley (gosh I hope I am remembering her name correctly) walked up from break or lunch. Tom B described the issue and Ashley fixed the issue. I am so thankful for the help, exceptional customer service and dedication to knowing their jobs and community. I will always go to Auto Zone for all my car part need.
