I wanna give a shoutout to Jason Ullrich. He was an amazing guy and quick to make sure I was taken care of. His positive demeanor was an excellent example of creating a positive customer experience and driving great customer service.

The place is amazing. The employees are really nice and helpful. Especially that Anthony fella. He was very helpful, and nice. He helped me through my questions and guided me through buying the right parts for my car. Definitely will keep on coming back.

Would be well over 5 stars if possible. 2 things, been in customer service forever so I'm critical of what I see elsewhere. With the economy and businesses closing right and left makes it even more important. There are arguments for both sides between customer service and it's employees. Every customer these days is important. I needed a new car battery so called ahead and the employee I spoke to on the phone was very genuine and thorough considering my business was turned away at a competitor because it was "too cold" to assist in putting a battery in. Got the assistance I needed here from the first step in the door was told all the details as he went along and made sure it worked before I left. Customer 4 life quick and painless. Highly recommended Rick at the commercial account desk is awesome and so knowledgeable. I will get all my Porsche needs there I can. When I couldn't find something there, he helped me look on eBay. Lovely guy :)- Cristina Andria Pier, Allentown NJ

Rich was so amazing, he offered to add in my headlight for me and the last time i came, he helped my sister fix her tire with no problem at all. Truly charming and a great employee to have, will definitely be back <3
