My cabin air filter has been ordered 3 times now and I still don't have it. I requested a call from the manager Robert over a week ago and still nothing.

Clean store Pleasant atmosphere Helpful and attentive staff. Rob is a great manager who places the needs of his customers as a priority. He takes time and explains everything in great detail, and has a pretty positive outlook. Brought my boss here to change his car battery, he spoke broken english and the employees were very passive aggressive and rude to him because he simply did not understand. i can understand a person having a bad day but not all 4 people in the store.

Eric Nelson at Auto Zone five stars for great customer service and guiding me to fix my own car. Sharing his knowledge is a Godsend. So great to have learned from him. Also five stars for the Auto Zone location. Wow another wonderful experience at auto Zone!! Avery B that works at auto zone helped me drive more smoothly with his kind heart and expertise. It nice to meet good people. So far I met three helpful people that work there. Keep up the good work!
