Called store to check Warranty on Battery spoke to Juan G. Unfortunately my battery expired just 3 days ago. Juan definitely understood and asked for I to go into store to be helped. He was very helpful and polite, he personally took care of my concern and helped replace my battery! I would like to express the awesomeness from Juan. As a business Auto Zone has always been my go to. Thanks to Juan’s help today I will definitely continue to return for all my auto needs. Go ask for Isaac if you need stuff quick, came in there asking for a certain part needed and showed me what’s available and what needed to be ordered ended up being a quick turn around which was awesome. Appreciate your hard work Isaac manager for autozone. Happy new year bro !!

I needed wipers really bad this morning due to it raining. I had a wonderful young women help me. She recommended a pair of wipers she had on her car. She installed them for me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am truly thankful for her. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs!

Juan Garcia assisted my mom with her battery purchase from price quote to installation. He was informative, professional and kind as he answered all of our questions and explained how the leaking acid on the battery was a sign that it was going bad. He truly provided exceptional service along with a friendly smile which left us with such a great experience that we will only shop at the Auto Zone where Juan works because we know that he really cares and isn’t just trying to make a sale.
