To Thomas specifically: Thank you so much for all of your help! You truly saved my boyfriend and I. We were over 2 hours away from home when we started having trouble with the truck and you took the time to help us. Thomas even let us use some of his tools and came outside multiple times to check on our progress so we could get on the road safely. This AutoZone is the best we have ever been to (and that is including the ones closer to us!). The whole store is so clean and inviting. We would highly recommend coming here for any of your needs!

I went to return an item that was not what I needed and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I went through the self checkout. There should be a sign STATING that at the counter. The man who was there helping (NOT) was rude and said that was the policy. Again no sign telling anyone about the no refund for self checkout. I think this is a horrible policy and I promise I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THESE PLACES AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I always enjoy going to Autozone. Customer service is far better than there competitor.

A bit of a story is needed. Advance Auto across the street has now delivered me two "exact fit" parts that were in no way shape or form exact fitting parts for my Jeep. After learning that Advance doesn't honor returns for oxygen sensors and then additionally tried to offer me another incorrect part,crossed the street to Auto Zone for the part. Jaden & Thomas were able to quickly and succinctly locate the actual correct OEM part in stock! Advance is not a worthwhile stop on your car parts buying adventure. Just stop here, get the right part and get back on the road.
