I had a battery replaced at this location. I have an Audi and no one thought to look at the screen and see that I needed it to be reprogrammed Being so they should’ve known better and now my car is not running right The fact that they let two women in the freezing cold install, the battery was extremely disturbing to me And they were not aware that I needed a battery reset so now I have to go get it reset pay money for it when they couldn’t read the screen and told me what I needed to do and had somebody else do it or an Audi dealer very disappointed. They should’ve known to see what was on the screen to realize that the battery needed a reset, and then only certain equipment or an Audi dealer can do it Now my car is disabled and I cannot drive it so now I have to take time off in the

Had a great experience at AutoZone. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and didn’t rush me. They even made sure I picked up a few things I didn’t know I needed for the job. This location will definitely be my go-to for auto needs.

I recently visited the AutoZone in Haw River, NC, and was very impressed with the experience. The store was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and friendly. Store Manager Keith went above and beyond to ensure I was assisted properly and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the staff presented themselves well and were all dressed to company standards.
