I have only good things to said about this store. I have to exchange a page of snap ring pliers for a new one, because one of the pins from the pliers was missing. I when to two stores previously to exchange the pliers and the worker from those stores called me the I probably I stole the pliers since I was not have the receipt with me and they will not be able to exchange my pliers even I show them the receipt that shows the purchase was make that day and the right amount of the item. I came to the store here locate it 13765 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250, United States and the branch manager Elvira and gentlemen Miguel don’t even think twice to helping me with my exchange and make everything easy for me. I exchanged my item with no problem and another Autozone costumer happy thanks

I came in to buy some oil after I had noticed my car had spilled some at the gym. I was feeling pretty stressed about the situation considering I just got an oil change done a few weeks ago, but the moment I walked into the store I was attended by the great customer service representative Angel. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue promptly, he also kindly explained the problem to me, and even fixed the issue without compensation. Which is why I definitely needed to leave a review! Angel definitely went above and beyond to ensure my car would not suffer serious damage , and for that I will forever be grateful!

I have been going to this location for years years. I've always appreciated the customer service here until today. The young man and lady in red shirts today did an amazing job with excellent customer service. Above an beyond. After I bought my windshield wipers I asked if I could throw away my trash inside to which the red shirt employee said yes no problem. I swap out my wipers and collect all of my my trash and head inside to throw it away. I approach two Grey shirt employees and ask if I could throw away my trash. One of them with glasses didn't even acknowledge me or look up while the second grey shirt a few feet away just looked at me full eye contact and didn't answer me. Just stare and not say a word. So I asked the guy with glasses who was closer to me again if I could throw away
