AutoZone Auto Parts

I usually love going to AutoZone but there was this young kid he has no interest in helping me and when I got help the person who was helping asked for help he said "she knows it comes out" like I was dumb. I felt looked down upon for not knowing something. I will never go to this one again. I rather go to Riverton or another shop.

Been an Autozone customer for 23 years. Bought a 250.00 battery 4 days ago turns out the battery was not the problem, it was the starter. Came to try to get my money back for the battery and use that money to buy a new starter. Manager refused quoted policy 3 times to me and said good luck. Thought that being a customer for so long would get me some leeway but I was wrong. Never coming back to any Autozone. There plenty of other auto parts stores in the valley.

I’ve been coming to autozone locations for nearly half my life at this point. I have always had a good experience until today…. I came to the Herriman location today for assistance with a new car battery as mine was dead. I wish I grabbed the guy’s name. He was kinda rude and not helpful. He was lazy and refused to help change out my car battery claiming it had corrosion (false, as the Riverton location had no issues or concerns at all with changing the battery and actually did not have corrosion!). Then this guy decided to check if they even had the battery in stock that I needed. It wasn’t in stock. Waste of time and again he was rude and not helpful. I will no longer be going to this Herriman location and will drive a little out of the way to visit the Riverton location from now on.

My husband and I went in looking to replace my shifting cable, I told myself to remember the employees name who was in the store, but sadly have forgotten. It started with an "A". He immediately asked if we needed the cable or just the little plastic casing piece then walked us down the aisle to the part. No one has ever been so helpful and knowledgeable. We were so appreciative of his expertise and direction as we've never had this issue before. It ended up being o e of the easiest fixes. We plan on stopping at this store first from now on. I wish I remembered his name as he needs recognition for his awesomeness!!!

The young man that says he is the manager at least over the phone is absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with I will never go to any AutoZone again I would rather pay double then go to this AutoZone again. This gentleman said his name was Kaden, so if you ever go to this store or talk to this kid on the phone ask for someone else to help you. Seems I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with the manager at this store since there are many 1 star reviews that refer to the Manager.
