Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful to guide ypu in right direction. The staff had quick access to all branded & aftermarket products & pricing & were honest with their statements. Prices are competitive & some products have replacement warranties. Overall the store has wide range of exciting automotive parts at competitive prices.

Excellent Customer Service. The cashier was courteous and patient with me, I was not prepared with my make and model. Once I had the correct information the cashier proceeded to get the windshield wiper blades for me. While ringing me up she made a great suggestion for windshield wiper fluid. I commented to her great add on sale. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Once everything was paid for, Rafael walked me out in this freezing weather and put my blades on. I was Thankful and Appreciated the Excellent Customer Service From The Staff of The Hicksville Store Today. Kindness Matters

Visited Autozones Hicksville location for some accessories for my new car. I was very impressed particularly by the professionalism of one of their employees Bryan who was courteous, knowledgeable, warm. Will definitely suggest this branch to my relatives and friends!

Nobody lifts a finger to help you. Nobody on the check out line and they pretty much ignore you. Finely just had to interrupt the circle jerk to pay for an item and they seemed annoyed that they had to work.
