JJ had a good understanding of parts and tools. He took a proactive approach to helping me with my power steering issues. Ordering parts and learning what best fit my needs was a breeze with JJ's assistance. He was not only serving me but also helping the entire store with locating parts in warehouse. The guy know his stuff, also quick to learn. Five star experience thanks to JJ.

The white lady there — I don’t know her name, not the skinny one — was very rude. She made me feel like she was paying for my stuff. I’m the one paying money, so basic requests like checking the car system shouldn’t be a problem. She doesn’t seem ready for this job at all. I honestly don’t recommend keeping her there unless you’re tired and don’t want customers

Jessie is a really good working employe with a great attitude towards customers and helps you get the right Parts when you need them pretty quick thank you for all your hard work.

Was in there this morning manager acted like helping was a burden on him. He was using foul language and could tell this trinkled down to his employee. If it wasn't for a warranty item I would've left. Very unprofessional and I understand everyone has bad days but working with the public you have to learn how to hide these emotions. They've lost this customer for a good while I can guarantee that!

The Manager at this store is very rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional. Ironically, she’s can easily be mistaken for a Hispanic person that DOESNT speak English but yet she treats Hispanic customers badly. She degrades and humiliates non-English speaking customers. It’s unfortunate for anyone entering this store that such individual is in a managing position mistreating customers giving them business/revenue.
