Today I came to this store looking for a spare part and received incredible service. Karla helped me with every detail, showing great professionalism and kindness. Her service truly stands out, and she speaks both English and Spanish fluently, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the store manager, Mr. Kim! He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. As soon as I explained what was going on with my car, he immediately knew what I needed and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was very friendly and honest — something I really appreciate. As a woman, it’s not uncommon to feel like people might try to take advantage when it comes to car issues, but that was absolutely not the case here. He was respectful, straightforward, and clearly cared more about helping me than just making a sale. I left feeling confident and grateful for his help. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

I visit the AutoZone store 1295 tonight and I was definitely WOWED from their services.I met with one of the managers, Mr. Kim and one of the sales associate Pedro. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. The staff was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to experience service this thoughtful — I truly appreciate it and will definitely be returning.
