Today, I call Auto Zone on Manchester Ave. described I needed an alternator for a Ford F-150, Lariat super crew. The man on the phone said yes we have it in-Store. Great I will be right there. I arrived went to the counter and two men were at the register. The younger of the two was pushed/shuffled to next register and the older man said he will help you. I go to the other register and proceed to tell the clerk what I needed in the format mentioned above. He turns the monitor to me and do you see what you need? We don’t carry Lariats. The whole the older man is visibly locked in on the conversation but zipped lipped. I said are you asking me what you need to sell me. The older never injected correction. I proceeds to leave the store but returned and asked for the manger. Lightening bolts,

I purchased a battery at this location, I was in & out. The employee Name Eddie was very helpful, he help me with the battery installation was very professional he even suggested for me to buy few other items. Thank you so much. I was having such a stressful day but thanks to the employee, My day was better.
