I just left AutoZone and had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. The new General Manager, Jennifer Cox, was absolutely phenomenal. I came in with an issue involving my battery and my lights, and she handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. She listened carefully, resolved the issue efficiently, and made sure I left completely satisfied. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Her team was just as outstanding — everyone was respectful, helpful, and worked together seamlessly. It’s rare these days to experience service at this level. Jennifer, thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such a smooth and pleasant experience. AutoZone is lucky to have you leading that store! 5 stars isn’t enough

I love going into this store.They are very helpful with every part for my vehicles that I need. we have several project vehicles.The management and the cashiers are amazing. They are quick to help you Get your parts and in and out, kind of thing. Also, if you have to call over the phone, they are amazing. At making sure you have the parts in stock And ready when you get there for a pickup. They have gone up and beyond for me. Many of times and gone to the other stores to pick up my parts for me So I didn't have to drive all over town.

John was very helpful, and very cool and awesome. Such a great guy, not only changed our battery, but also our lives with his epic top notch service. We definitely will always be coming here for any of our car-y needs!

John saved my life today!! In the middle of a huge snow storm my truck battery died. I went to several other locations that were either closed or told me they couldn’t help due to the weather. I came over here and he immediately gathered his tools and went to work changing out my battery for me. I won’t be stranded tonight thanks to him. 10/10 thank you so much!!

On multiple occasions, this AutoZone has saved me a ton of money because their employees genuinely know what they’re talking about and help you out. Shout out to John for helping a brother out! Come here before you go to a mechanic.
