Terrible customer service and it is not the first time, today 12/23/25, I walked in to ask for a battery test for my car and was told by the manager or supervisor that someone would help me shortly, They asked if i just give them a minute. No problem i figured it’ll only take a couple of minutes but I ended up waiting 30 minutes and no one came to help so I just left. Its my fault for thinking this store got better with its customer service, good luck to those that shop here, hope your experiences are better than what mine’s has been

Hello my name is Silvia and i am of Hispanic decent, I work for what I got .today I walk in to autozone for some panit remover I was aporched by a store employee at the time I did not now she was the manager. She asked me if I needed hellp withe anything I toled her no and that I new wher the things wher,keep in mind I go hear all the time.she was visibly upset about that I guess and instead toled her no twice she (backed off), but when I whent to the next aisle over she followed me she did this persistently,then in English she told her fello employee to keep an eye on me she was looking in my own bag seeing if I had some thing in there so hopefully they change there way of thinking .this is the first time I see her here i have now issues withe the rest of the employees they have always he

Donre was so awesome today !!!! I have come to this location several times and it’s this one guy who is ALWAYS rude. Donre took his time explained what I needed and assisted me with picking my breaks. Thank you because honestly I dislike this location but had to come today for brakes.

Dominguez Ruiz and Jose were such great help with my car issue. They were both very knowledgeable. They deserve the praise and a raise for all they did for me and do for this company. 10 stars all around.

HONESTLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER STEP INTO AUTOZONE AGAIN. I WAS THERE TONIGHT 1.29.2026 @AROUND 8PM TO PURCHASE BREAK PAD FOR MY CAR, TO MY SURPISE THE CASHIER ADDED ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. AND I HAVE TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RETURN THOSE ITEMS BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS SO RUDE AND CALLING ME NAMES AND CURSING ME OUT. AUTOZONE PLEASE YOU CAN DO BETTER IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. YOU CANNOT NEVER FORCE ITEMS ON CUSTOMER. YOUR MANAGER EVEN THREATING TO CALL POLICE ON ME FOR WHAT?
