Had a great experience at AutoZone. My car wouldn’t start, and even though it took a bit and the initial diagnosis wasn’t right, Chris was extremely helpful and ended up changing my battery so my car started right up. Really appreciate his help and great customer service! He was so kind and knowledgeable in what he was doing!

We ran into some scary car trouble on a road trip from Orlando to south florida, and David was extremely helpful with guiding us where to go next after looking at the check engine light. We really appreciated the honesty and advice he provided.

I can’t believe I have to go there out of convenience sometimes… I’d been waiting my whole life to see my home state’s plates on my car and I was carefully picking the frame and told them I wanted it to cover the edge and fit… look good. He said they all fit and instead of getting the thicker rim if I got the thinner one it would show more of my plate. Ok… so I had special non-theft screws removed and different ones put on and they’re stripped and can’t be removed… with a frame that DOESN’T COVER THE EDGE OF THE PLATE and just months in is rusting. I can’t remove and replace it and what should have been one of the happiest days of a really hard and disappointing life (and four years of hell and still trying to live and work in my home state) was a very angry one. And I’m still angry about
