AutoZone Auto Parts

Its very rare that a visit to an auto parts store is so pleasant. Auto parts stores are known for being dated, dreary, and usually a very pedestrian experience. This is a new location, so everything is bright and shiny. The ceilings are taller than a normal AutoZone, giving an impression of airiness and modernity. Beyond that, the store was the cleanest and most organized I've been to. The staff was very helpful. There seemed to be a lot more employees, I counted at least 6 either behind the counter, helping customers in the aisles, or restocking. My interaction with the staff was very pleasant, I wish I got the name of the guy that helped me because he was helpful and had a very bright and positive attitude. Huge shoutout to Joshua Miranda for the outstanding customer service today! Before trying to sell me anything, he took the time to check my car battery and confirmed it wasn’t holding a charge. From there, he walked me through the best options for my specific car and made sure I got exactly what I needed — no pressure, just helpful advice. Joshua then went above and beyond by helping me change the battery right there on the spot. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated the honest approach and hands-on help. This auto zone location has excellent customer service. Gregory helped us out immensely by helping us figure out the correct part and assisting us on how to put it in. Truly grateful and appreciative how he went out of his way to help us out. Mark also was very helpful on making sure we walking out with the correct product. 10/10 recommend this location, very welcoming and helpful environment.

I needed a batter for mY 64 chevy. I asked the gal if it didn't fit properly if I could change it. She said yes. Took the battey home realize the post were on the wrong side I took it back she allowed me to exchange it.....I wish I knew her name she was very helpful......

A newer store that is in Jurupa Valley. Usually well stocked, neat, and organized. The guys at the store are helpful and easygoing. On my last visit they took my used oil and oil filters for recycling. One store associate helped me carry two containers back to my truck afterwards. This store location has its own parking lot which is nice.
