AutoZone Auto Parts

I’ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone for nearly 8 years. Unfortunately, on February 8, 2026, I had my worst experience ever at the AutoZone located at 151 N Main St, Keller, TX 76248. I went in to exchange a spark plug socket I had purchased just two days earlier. The employee shown in the attached photo was rude from the moment I walked in. He refused to help me find the correct socket and treated me as if I were asking for a favor rather than a basic customer service request. When I asked him to stop being rude, he told me he didn’t care. This level of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

Zach was very kind and exemplified excellent customer service! Going above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed and making sure my questions were answered. Thank you!

We had a great experience! Christopher K. helped us with our battery. He was knowledgable, patient, and kind. Christopher K. helped not only us, but he was being super helpful and courteous to the customer ahead of us. I would recommend AutoZone to anyone!

I’ve been here twice and Colton has helped me both times with my battery and oil and omgosh he’s AMAZING! It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Give him a raise! Awesome asset to Auto Zone! Thank you, Colton!!!

Don't go to this AutoZone if you want good customer service. They don't care to help customers. I went in at 6:30 on Tuesday evening. I wanted to purchase 3 items. One employee was helping a gentleman who wanted a car battery, so you know that takes a while because they install it too. A female employee was dust mopping the floor. A male employee was pushing around a machine that I guess cleans the floor. I stood waiting to checkout at least 10 minutes with them literally sweeping and mopping around me. Never acknowledging me. No "we'll be right with you", nothing. Finally I got fed up waiting and set my items on the counter and walked out. Went to O'Reilly's, where I got good service. Auto zone doesn't want my business apparently. They don't have to worry about me ever going back in there
