I watched 3 employees put windshield wiper blades on a GMC truck before I went in the store. I was greeted and asked if they could help me find anything but I knew what I was looking for and where it was. When I got to the register, the kid behind the counter rang me up but did not ask if I had rewards. I inquired about my rewards and he tried to explain that what I was buying wouldn't give me points instead of checking my rewards to see if I had any. He was too busy chatting it up with the other employee to actually take care of me properly. I don't expect much from this place but they could do a better job and it damn sure doesn't take 3 people to change wiper blades!

Roland was very helpful and professional helping me choose a new battery for my car. He installed it with no problem after I had been told by O’Reilly’s that they couldn’t install a battery because of the make and model of my vehicle.
