We had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jeremiah, who helped us with our car battery. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we got the right battery and that it was installed properly. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and genuinely kind these days, and Jeremiah’s help was much appreciated. We left feeling confident and thankful for the extra care he took to get us back on the road.

Wendy and Jeremiah are awesome. Both have aloha, willingness to help and even share a few laughs. After the warm interaction I ended up buying more items than I needed because it reminded me of a few more things I needed. My new go too, I will be back!

Called 10 minutes before closing to see about checking my battery and see how much it would cost to have them change it for me if need be at another time. Kaleo was ready and eager to help me out, even with 10 minutes to close. SO FREAKING HELPFUL! In and out in 7 minutes. Great customer service and aloha!

Pretty excited to see that they were finally open out in kihei, costumer service rocks. Store is super clean and shelves are full off product. Gonna be by alot. The crew is amazing and very knowledgeable.
