He made sure I had the right items, took the extra time to install my windshield wipers, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid using the best products they offer. I am super satisfied with my battery purchase and instaltion. So I arrived after 8:00 had quick service and the young man was excellent they put the battery in I did not get his name but it was at the Kingston store.

Bought a wiper blade I thought was correct. Sat in my car for 10 minutes until I realized I bought the wrong one, at that same moment a knock on the window came. Shauna saw me sitting for a bit and came to see if I needed help. She quickly identified I bought the wrong blade, went and got me the one I needed and exchanged the already opened one…installed it for me too. You don’t get service like that much these days. Thanks Shauna!
