Fernando the manager and his assistant (sorry don’t know the young lady’s name)was awesome. He took the time to change out my brake light. Great customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly.

I woke up to a dead car battery, my neighbor was able to jump start me, and I came to the AutoZone at the Loop. Got honest and efficient help from the employee Christopher, who went and did a no charge battery check up, and luckily my car battery was a good health, meaning it was able to get recharged after jump start and driving for a few about 15 minutes. Thanks to their honesty for not trying to over sell me something I did not needed, I wanted to leave a review. I was so happy, I came back inside and got some car cleaning supplies and wiper fluid. In this current times, I was happy to find honest customers service.

Old manager guys at the register doesnt know how to process an item, on a diferent day cant find something that shows its in stock online and on their computer. Wants to decide who to give service to so he says its discontinued, brings wrong item taking extra long, then i go to a diferent store that says its also in stock since it was in stock at most stores and they find it within 15 seconds. But all the staff wants to give their opinion on whats going on with my transaction while making their customers wait for some reason.

The woman who works in this store is always stone faced rude. Whenever I go in to get my check engine light evaluated, she says the machine isn’t working (And she always has a face on her, as if I have the audacity to ask) yet whenever I ask any of the guys, it’s all of a sudden working. So my guess is she’s just too lazy to help. The rest of the staff there are great though and always so helpful, especially the manager. He’s so sweet. But unfortunately that one person gives the shop a bad rep and is why I never want to go in there anymore.

Daisy was absolutely amazing! Went in for a replacement battery, she made the process pretty easy and showed me a few things to look out for after she changed my battery. Definitely coming back here 😬
