My mom recently had an issue with the check engine light of her car and took her car to AutoZone. Robert P helped assist with a diagnostic check and told her it was an issue with her catalytic converter but told her that it probably just needed a cleaning. He recommended she get Cataclean. She was able to get it and after a few days, the check engine light was gone and her car’s working fine. Thanks to Robert, my mom was spared from having to spend way more money or time than necessary to fix her car. The process to get her car checked was so easy and she was so grateful for the help. I came into the Auto Zone in La Mirada with a taillight that had been out for almost a month. I unfortunately did not get the name of the female associate but she was very pleasant and helpful. There are two young men there that helped me change the headlights in my 2021Chrysler 300 they were amazing and patient! The first young man was trying very hard for a minute in the heat and then he asked for help and together they figured it out!
