The team here went above and beyond to help me Penny was absolutely a delight! I had a very stressful situation with my trucks transmission and battery Penny helped me with a battery situation and helped me find the perfect oil for my transmission. Even the new employee had excellent customer service and made me feel great! I highly highly recommend this autozone the store is clean and the employees are so awesome great job guys!
Pennie was very helpful with helping me find the right rotors I was needing for my Honda.
Always a great experience here. As soon as you walk through the door you're asked if you need any assistance and all employees are well-versed and personable. Wayne and Penny will go above and beyond to assist you for an overall excellent experience.
Went in bc battery was dead. We were about 4hrs from home. Had to charge battery for over an hour but the representative helping us was one of the nicest gentlemen. He provided chairs and water while we waited. Much appreciated.
Customer service is awesome! Noah took care of replacing my battery and was ever so helpful. This guy has a future in management for sure.
