I had a great experience at my local AutoZone! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They didn’t just point me toward the parts I needed—they actually took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood what I was buying. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything in stock, which made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated the patience and customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any car needs in the future. Highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Bad attention the guys work today don’t want do nothing I go buy a engine oil and filter for my car and I’m not what number it’s the filter for my car and they send me pick up the oil and filter for the car I’m not have experience on the shit so it’s supposed they help but they no help nothing the other days buy some parts and they they give wrong parts

Came in for a jump box. Looked online and saw what I wanted was in stock. Guy at the counter confirmed it was in stock but couldn't find it. Tried another one, again confirmed online and at the counter it was in stock. Again, not on hand. Ended up having to buy one twice as expensive as what I needed. Disappointing to say the least. You think you're gonna pay $120 but end up with a $300 bill because they screwed up.

This is the place to go if you're unsure with your purchase!! The staff is knowledgeable, considerate of the customer that's not a mechanic, and helpful with any questions you may have. I've never experienced a nicer AutoZone then the one in LaPlace LA!! Thanks guys!!!!
