Shout out to AutoZone for great service — but especially to Gregory! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I had the right part and didn’t rush the process. What really stood out was his willingness to immediately step outside and assist to ensure everything was correct. That level of initiative and care is rare. He even checked that a flashlight I purchased was working properly before I left. It’s the small details and proactive attitude that make a big difference. Gregory truly represents AutoZone well. Outstanding customer service — five stars all the way!

Shout-out to Greg for his amazing customer service. He was carrying some heavy boxes and about to stock shelves but he stopped what he was doing immediately and came to look at my car.. thankfully my battery was still under warranty and he got me with a replacement and working again in under 15min.

I stopped by AutoZone around 8:45 pm (right before closing), and Michael was amazing from start to finish. Even though they closed at 9, he didn’t rush me at all. He took the time to explain everything while changing my battery, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. Jordan is truly one of the best managers I’ve encountered at AutoZone. He is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really sets him apart is how much time and care he gives to customers, especially mechanic shops and small businesses. He takes the time to understand exactly what parts are needed, explains options clearly, and never rushes the process. Jordan goes above and beyond by ordering parts quickly and following through to make sure everything arrives on time. If something isn’t carried in-store, he actively helps find alternatives or gets it ordered without hesitation. He also makes a point to recognize and appreciate his staff when they go the extra mile, which shows strong leadership and creates a positive environment for both employees and customers
