I had the pleasure of working with both Nathan and Adrian at the 9520 W Skye Canyon Park Dr, LV, NV 89166 store. Both were nice & helpful. Nathan mainly helped me with suggestions & putting the battery in my car on 02/12/26 and was very nice. (I had the older Hyundai). Thank you for the good service!

Ryan was the best!! My wife’s car battery died this morning. I jumped it and Ryan took care of everything else. Very friendly/funny and it made my morning better. Great value and even better service from Ryan.

Car battery kept dying and went in to get it checked out. The first employee checked and recommended us a battery charger which we almost got. A 2nd employee offered to take a look as well and showed us that the Vegas heat had actually affected my battery a ton and suggested getting a new battery instead and I’m so glad we did! They even installed the battery for us! Thanks gentlemen for the help!

I went there yesterday to get a new battery. The service guy was so rude to me! He was giving me a hard time to even come outside to check my battery cause it was cold outside! Would never go to this location again!

Stopped in on a Sunday needing help finding an oil filter, and the employees made it very clear they were irritated with their tone. One even complained out loud about how busy it was and how they had “things to do in the back.” And it should be this way during the week, If helping customers is that much of a burden, maybe a desk job would be a better fit. I ended up leaving and going to another AutoZone where the staff was actually helpful and professional. Disappointing experience — do better.
