Shoutout to Walter Johnson! 👏🏽 I came in to change my battery, and thankfully it was still under warranty. He was extremely helpful and patient with me, especially since I couldn’t remember which number I used. His customer service was truly outstanding.

Russell (the parts manager) went above and beyond for my teenage son! He talked him through recharging the A/C in his vehicle for the first time ever on his own and how to check his oil properly. Took less than 10 mins for a lifelong lesson! 10/10 Customer Service and Professionalism✅ I am so grateful for his outstanding contribution to my son’s auto knowledge☺️ Much thanks! The lady with the locs had an attitude over the phone and in-person left to be desired. She said I couldn’t be service when I got there because the other serviceman had just left and she was there by herself. That’s fine. Didn’t appreciate the tone. When I came back and was able to be serviced, Walter was a big help in getting my battery tested as well as tightening the screws on the connecting wires and checking under the hood in general.

All the workers were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to assist me and overall this is probably the best autozone to go too in the area
