I came in for a check engine read. I was assisted by Yohann he went above and beyond to help me out. Look under my hood, broke down the diagnostic and made Recommendations. Really appreciate the help I will be back.

To start my service call off I was answered with a extremely unprofessional laughing woman speaking to her coworker while answering. Then asking about spark plugs for my car I was put on hold for 22 minutes until someone finally answered saying they don't have any. Overall extremely unprofessional and will not be servicing my car here in the future.

Bought new car battery and had it installed. Had two employees helping with the process. Both were very kind and helpful.

Had a very bad experience there today multiple employees walked by me while I was standing in line and said sorry I punched out and laughed so I waited about ten minutes and the girl standing there took someone else from the line and I asked if she just didn’t see me or was I invisible and she laughed I will never go there again and will speak to my friends from going there.

I can’t say enough good things about Glenny! She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and most importantly patient with me when I had no idea what part I needed for my vehicle. With customer service being so disappointing in so many places nowadays, it was such a relief to walk into this store and be greeted by someone like her. Glenny went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and it truly made the whole experience stress-free. AutoZone is lucky to have her (and her peers) on the team—just pure perfection! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much, Glenny!
