AutoZone Auto Parts

AutoZone is a great spot to pick up your auto parts and accessories. The store is well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with finding the right parts or answering questions. One thing I wish I had known beforehand is that they have a self-checkout option. I ended up waiting a few minutes in line before noticing it, so a little more signage or communication about this feature would be helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable place for your car needs, with good customer service and a convenient self-checkout option—once you know it’s there!

I came here after my check engine light came on. The guy who helped me was super friendly. I hate car related stuff. But he made it a breeze and gave me a printout of what was wrong. The isles are fully stocked and this auto zone wasn't jammed packed with angry customers like the normal autozones I am accustomed to. There are a lot of cute hello kitty and pink items for your vehicle if you're into that.

New location and conveniently right by Ronald Regan. Nice and clean sales floor. Two entrances and a nice size parking lot. I was given a greeting upon my entry from a man in a grey shirt with dreadlocks. I didn’t find the exact hat I wanted, but they were fully stocked.

I had a great experience at the store on Five Forks Trickum when I went in to get my battery checked and replaced. I was helped by Six, who greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to check my battery and explain the situation clearly. I initially thought my battery was still under warranty, and even though it wasn’t, Six went above and beyond by checking the system thoroughly and even speaking with the store manager on my behalf. I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend this location and especially Six for anyone needing car service!

Had a great experience this morning testing and changing my battery. The gentleman that assisted me (not sure what his name was; I think his name begins with R) was super friendly and helpful. He suggested the place next door to get my battery changed and it was a quick and easy fix! Great place to go to if you’re ever experiencing issues with your car battery.
