I had the BEST experience at this AutoZone today. My car wouldn’t start and I was completely stressed, but the employees were incredibly patient and hands-on. They didn’t just point me in a direction—they were literally working on my car like mechanics and helped me figure out exactly what the issue was. I especially want to shout out Tony for going above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. Customer service like this is rare, and I’m so grateful. Thank you Tony and the entire team!

If you're looking for people with knowledge, don't come here. If button pushers will do, this is the place. As long as you don't mind poor customer service. I came in to purchase an oil filter. There were two people with gray shirts and one person with a red shirt. None of them really right away jumped, They were too busy with a conversation. Finally the lady in the red shirt did come to me and ask me what I needed, but she was so interested in the conversation still going on with the two in the gray shirt that she completely ignored what I said and I had to repeat myself three times on what type of vehicle I had. Then she just turned the screen towards me and said which one do you want. I mean I don't even know the difference between them because all I see are names and dollar amounts. A

I believe the name was Luka and he was outstanding A gentleman and highly intelligent when it came to my issue. Without going into detail, he made it as easy as possible with my two grandchildren in tow. A happy New Year to him and AutoZone “family”.

These folks are very helpful. And I have been to a lot of AuroZones. I had a rental tool and it cost 400$. When I returned it the installed part got damaged and I needed it again. Days later. The cost to my credit card was high. They made sure the charges went off the card. Great job.

It was good the counter attendant was very helpful and got me the part I needed. He never tried to up sell me gave me the part to do the job.
