I was traveling up from Florida and my alternator went out. JAH was awesome. Very helpful and very respectful. If our staff here was a good as he is, AUTO ZONE would be the best country wide. This young man went above and beyond to help us get the alternator put on and helped us get the right tools. Give this man a raise, Give him a promotion. Thank you, JAH!!! I really appreciate you.

Anthony Israel did an excellent job non my car. He told me what was wrong with my car. And said, he wasn't sure if he can change the battery because, it's tucked in the back. But to God 🙏 be the glory 🙏. Mr Anthony did an excellent job. Awesome 👍 💯

I was helped by Bernard and Curtis with what I thought was a battery issue. Turned out to be alternator. They looked up and saw my alternator was under warranty and gave me a contact that came to the store and swapped out the new alternator. My nerves were shot and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road with new alternator. Thanks to both of these exceptional employees
