Popped in mid afternoon on a weekday. Greeted, actually GREETED by Mike, the store Mgr. I asked to use their check engine light diagnostic service. Within seconds, he was out the door and hooking up the equipment. Friendly and willing to explain things. Within minutes, we returned to the store, and he networked his electronics to the store computer. Less than 2 minutes later, he was printing out the most likely causes. He gave me a simple, understandable scenario for my next step(s). Suggested a repair shop, that I knew well. Didn't make one nickel off me. He was genuinely happy to help and offer advice. All the while knowing he wasn't getting any kind of sale directly from my visit. Who does that anymore these days and smiles the entire time? Most in retail would've pushed me out the doo

Stopped on by this AutoZone and had a fantastic experience . Tyrus major held me in every way imaginable, even crawling into the trunk of my car to help me get it unstuck. I'm extremely grateful as I have would not have been able to figure it out on my own. If you need some help, this is definitely the place to go!

If you need a car battery they're super friendly and fast. They even take the old battery. Guy who moves here from AZ helped me and installed it very quickly and was friendly. Price was good too. Highly recommend this place.

Patrice B at AutoZone store #1991 in Madison was a lifesaver. I needed a new car battery before winter hits and my parents live many states away. Usually my parents would help me switch out my car battery. They did call and pay for the battery and I came in today to have someone help switch out the old one for the new one. The old one was rusty and corroded. Patrice took her time to make sure the old battery was removed without damaging or breaking anything and very quickly was able to get the new one in and secure. She was incredibly nice and personable even when we realized it would be pretty difficult to get the old one out. I’m extremely grateful for her help today!

Amazing service. Came in right before close in the bitter cold tonight and they changed my battery for me, even stayed a couple minutes late to finish. Saved me from having to pay egregious aaa fees. Thanks so much!
