I misplaced my receipt and tried to get refund for unopened items that I didn’t need . Purchase was on credit card and k was told I couldn’t get the money back but only store creator . This is not right .. I got the receipt and returned to the store to show receipt and I advised not possible . I never got any credit or reward for my 17 plus years loyalty. What a poor service and customer retention plan .. . Review your process !

Recommend a 100%, extremely super helpful. The gentleman behind the counter was able to help me search for antifreeze for a foreign vehicle which they didn't have, but he was nice enough to recommend advance auto.That he knew had what I was looking for, wish there were more employees like that.

Needed a battery called in with a specific battery and the person answered the phone confirmed the availability. Thanks Alex F for helped me installed the battery very promptly and professionally. It was a great experience and I do recommend to everyone to that location if they are in need for any help with their vehicle necessary repairs parts.

I just went to this place to get brake pads, theres a skinny guy , he brought me a box with used brake pads. He thought I dont know anything about cars. At first He tries to pretend he dont know, I told him thats already used. He just told me we dont have any , he said go to sudley rd. Like he was rude and ignored me and turned around.
