My boyfriend and I were needing to change our own starter and Aaliyah and Adrianna and another young lady whose name I can’t remember but she has a blind short haircut were immaculate in assisting us with locating parts and tools. Tried to save us by testing it before purchasing a new one but we couldn’t physically get the car there to do so. We ended up being able to change it successfully thankfully. Extra shoutout to Aaliyah because she was such an optimistic encouraging spirit and deserves all the raises and recognition possible. Genuinely outstanding customer service cannot be taught in the way she provided it. She’s going places in life no doubts about it, God bless and thank you guys again 🙏🏽

Helped me when I walked in. Thank you Oriley got 1 star for making me stand around lookong stupid while they purposely avoided me at checkout counter waiting to buy battery. I was in and out of autozone in under 5 min w my new battery.

The crew that worked March 5th 2025 went out of their way and delivered parts and tools all day to the Love's truck stop parking lot for me to get my fam of 6 home, because of a trashed wheel bearing. I can't remember names but Thank you all for what you did to get me home. Even though I wasn't a commercial customer they were my saving Angels. Thank you forever for what y'all did. Same to the crew this morning that got my last part to me this morning. I am less than an hr away from home. Thank you again

Went in looking for a specific part for an ac/dc converter, online said it was available but it was not unfortunately. They had the dc/ac converters but I didnt need it that way. The rep was super helpful and even recommended a different company that did have the part available. The service in this location is amazing, they help you regardless of the sale. I will be back to shop at this location going forward. Wonderful experience.
