During one of the storms recently my windshield wiper broke. I don’t know how to fix it and it was late in the day. I called Autozone to see if the could help me. They said yes we can change it. I got there and Linda was great!! She looked up the size I needed in her computer and then she went out to my car and put the new wipers on! I was so grateful. If you need new wipers or any car related things I highly recommend Autozone!

VERY helpful and accommodating staff! As someone who knows NOTHING about cars, the person who helped me looked up the headlight bulb I needed, verified vehicle info was correct, AND installed it for me IN. THE. RAIN. These are the small things that take customer service to the next level! Highly recommend!

I popped my rear windshield wiper off while brushing snow off, and thought I did some damage I’d have to pay for. I went to autozone, and the woman at the kiosk knew exactly what happened, was very careful with my car, and fixed it in five minutes with no charge. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick fix!

They have nice people, but to force them to do work,, every buddy is in the cell , and when do you come to the store,,, feel like what you coming now??? Very dry receive the customers.. same like Advanced auto parts

There’s nothing as frustrating as a dead battery, especially on a holiday weekend. I called AZ and David answered, quoted me over the phone, and told me to come on down. When I got there, his customer service was unmatched and he turned a pretty miserable event into a happy experience. And Maximus got the battery in the car as fast as he could so we could get back out and enjoy the weekend. Thanks to the wonderful team at Auto Zone!
