It's genuinely disheartening when you encounter a complete void of motivation. Last evening was a stark reminder; any hope of assistance, especially on a weekend evening, seemed futile. The staff were not just busy, but seemingly adrift, disconnected. One individual, Aby M, was glued to his phone, scrolling through reels as if the world (and a paying customer) didn't exist. The sheer lack of enthusiasm and the evident annoyance at being asked for basic necessities like a bag or receipt felt like an imposition. It leaves one wondering what exactly management believes they're compensating these employees for. A truly disheartening display of apathy.

I came in after 8 pm afraid to turn my car off after the battery died at Publix. I spoke with Tiwon and he explained that they could not put one in at this time. I paid and he carried my battery out for me. He asked if I had help or knew how to do it and I said no.. but I would try to figure it out. I asked if I came back the next day ( assuming it would start) and he said they might. Tamari overheard all of this and as I pulled out they came out after me and said they would do it! After a very frustrating evening these two wonderful humans helped out a 69 year old Veteran in the most kind way. Thank you for helping me get back on the road safely!

I went into AutoZone to get a tag light bulb replacement for my van today the young guy at the register did a good job on looking up my information then gave me the proper bulb and then suggested the little pack of Bulb Grease it was only like $2 extra & this is used to prevent corrosion and its moisture proof. I was able to change it in the parking lot and very happy with the overall service!!
