They have a great crew there! Abby, the manager assisted me with finding the right wiper blade and put it on for me despite the cold weather! The store manager Abby! Is so sweet and very helpful! she went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted! I’ve been having battery issues and didn’t realize I got the wrong part & Abby was willing to help me out! Also very friendly staff, every one greeted me when I came in which is a big bonus for me :)

Ken was one of two associates behind the counter.He was covered up with customers but found the time to check on my charging system on my 2011 acura mdx.we found a loose battery terminal connection.Ken was very patient and polite regarding all customer requests.His customer service skills were outstanding;patient yet still displayed a solid sense of urgency in managing his tasks.He has a great attitude and I hope Autozone recognizes his efforts .

Edwin was absolutely a gem. You have a great employee. I asked for the tools to change my car battery, not only did he give me the tools to utilize, he replaced the battery for me. Thank you, Edwin, and Auto Zone.
