Auto parts store are always a fight for attention between phone calls and customer that don't know English buying parts in Spangish. But they had my part and I was able to get a good price. Once I spoke to a rep all went well.

I came to this store and it wasn’t too busy at this time. It was at least three employees at the counter. I asked to have my battery life and Alternator checked and a Staff member was willing to help. It turned out that I needed a New Battery, this was understood. I was ready to buy a battery from this store until they told me that they only have one person who can install the battery and they will not be here until a later time today. My understanding, any employee at this store can install a easy to reach battery, but no one was willing to install the battery. After waiting at this store, I called another AutoZone Store located at 7057 Allentown Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748. They also had the battery available and was willing to installed the battery with No... Problem...!!! and they had a

Terrible service all I did was ask for help and they victim blamed me talking about "why didnt you go to this other place first. You shouldve went there. Why you go here?" Etc etc wont bore with the long details.
