They helped me diagnose a check engine light, and also tested my battery, came up with a bad battery, the manager Karl offered to change it on the spot! As a female who has stepped foot in several local auto shops, I cannot say enough good about this place! There is never judgement, they are always kind, knowledgeable and willing to help out. Wether its a battery warranty, several trips in for a brake job, or an engine scan in cold January weather. The customer service is always top notch. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, super reasonable prices, and for those who qualify, senior and veteran discounts. Had a battery in-store that we couldn't find in a few other places, much cheaper than some places that did have it. Highly recommend this store

On vacation our transmission line gets a leak. We can see it leak and we add a ton of fluid. It's a holiday weekend and places aren't open to fix it and we are a 6 hour drive from home. AutoZone had the part and let my husband use their tools to switch it in the parking lot. Crappy thing to do on vacation but awesome that we could because they had all the tools we needed to do it.
