Kyle was great! Took care of helping my get the right tire valve caps for my car and even helped put then and put my hubcap on right for me so I could put them back in if I needed to. That was a big help! Great service

Grayson went out of his way to assist with a battery change. Was able to get it changed in less than 7 minutes. Funny guy and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone

I had a very good experience shopping at this Auto Zone. So, I had just purchased a new car, (2018 Audi A6 3.0t) and needed to change the oil. So, I purchased everything, and get halfway through the oil change and realize i was given the wrong oil filter. So, at this point I have drained old oil, and now I have the wrong filter. So, my only vehicle is the one I'm changing the oil in. And I'm forced to add the new oil and use the old filter. But when I get back to Auto Zone, they are awesome about the mistake. They get me the correct filter and ALL New Oil. which is an $80.00+ cost. I will continue to go to this store.

I came in & asked for help jacking my car to change the oil. Kyle came out to the parking lot, explained what a pinch weld was & showed me where to place the jack stands correctly. I came in after changing my oil, starting my car & seeing a bunch of lights on my dash, Kyle came back out to code read it & we came to the conclusion that I had drained my transmission fluid pan rather than my oil pan. Kyle took the initiative to speak to one of AutoZones mobile mechanics & we were able to schedule a day to get the fluids fixed. Kyle was patient, kind, respectful & absolutely went above & beyond in every way possible to help me through every part of the process and I am INCREDIBLY grateful for him. Highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience today at auto zone. I called to see if they could help me replace my battery in my F150 truck. Once I arrived they got me in and out . Thanks to Den Hammond and the team for getting me right . 👍🏾
