Another positive experience at this store tonight! Joshua and his team were extremely helpful and friendly... had my new car battery installed quickly. I've noticed a few good employees have moved on ...Connor, to mention one. James is a constant fixture, seemingly well-educated in the parts business. Not too impressed with the manager of the store, but the employees make up for her lack of customer service skills.

It's nice of them to offer to change your battery out, but I would recommend doing it yourself. After I let the man who sold me the battery change it out, a bunch of my electrical component stopped working. When I went back and told them about it, they all stood there scratching their heads and offering no solution. I spent over an hour checking all the fuses and finally found a cable that he had forgotten to plug back into the expansion port on the battery. Honest mistake, but no effort to correct it.

Went in today twice for 2 separate things and Josh knocked customer service out of the park! Man went above and beyond compared to any other employee I've had help me. Will definitely be going back to deal with him. Good dude and killer service!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Josh was amazing and went way above my expectations. Dude was amazing and very very helpful. I will definitely be back. Man needs a raise!

Had to pick up a pair of wiper blades for my van. Karl, an employee here helped me find the right blades and even help me install them he was super friendly. Made my day!
