Terrible. Not only are the staff rude but they are also USELESS. I specifically asked for a part with full details of my car and they STILL gave me the wrong part. AND AND AND. Guess what? No receipt 💀 for an $150 purchase. Do better ❤️ I’d give 0 stars if I could

This is easily the best AutoZone I have ever been to. Wernher and Ahmed were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. From the moment I walked in they made the experience smooth and stress free. You can tell they care about their customers and it shows in the way they go above and beyond to help. If you are in the area and need auto parts or service this is the place to go.

Wow - was blown away by the service here. Malcolm is a great guy and a credit to the store. He explained how to change our headlight and check our air filter. Happy to come here for all auto maintenance needs.

Billy is 10/10. Went to get a new battery and was initially told they weren’t doing installations that day due to being short staffed. Still purchased the battery with Billy’s help, hoping another AZ could install it. Instead, Billy saw an opening in time and, in near freezing rain, uninstalled my current dead battery to trade in (and save me a couple bucks), and installed the new one. What would have probably been another multiple hour-long ordeal searching for an installer in shit weather, turned into a 20 minute in-and-out stop. Billy is my guy.

Came here after AAA told me they were unable to assist me with my dead battery & I am so glad that I did. Billy was extremely helpful in finding the correct battery for my car and installing it for me.
